How the platform may be used, how tokens and plans work, refunds, and your responsibilities.
11. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Arya Crypto (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
22. Definitions
"We", "us" and "Arya Crypto" refer to the operator of the Service. "You" refers to the individual or organization using the Service. "Content" means any data, reports or results produced through the Service.
33. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
44. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, to circumvent sanctions or compliance obligations, to abuse or overload our infrastructure, or to resell access to the Service without authorization.
55. Payment and tokens
Paid features consume tokens from the balance granted by your plan. Tokens are purchased with USDT on the TON network. Each address/transaction check, KYT monitor run, KYC request and KYB request deducts the live token cost published on the Pricing page and via GET /v1/pricing. Purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens have been credited, except where required by law. See section 10 for usage details.
66. Data & privacy
We process the data you submit (such as wallet addresses and transaction identifiers) to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data. See our support channels if you have questions about data handling.
77. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". Risk scores and entity attributions are analytical estimates, not legal or financial advice, and may be incomplete or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
88. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
99. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1010. Tokens, plans and usage
Plans grant a token balance. Tokens are consumed according to the live public pricing table (address and transaction checks, KYT monitor runs, KYC and KYB). Buying a plan does not grant unlimited usage. Estimates on the pricing page are illustrative maximums if the entire balance is spent on a single action type. We may update token costs; the cost in force at the time a request is processed applies.
1111. No legal or financial advice
Screening results, risk scores, entity labels and reports are analytical tools to support your own compliance programme. They are not a legal opinion, a guarantee that a counterparty is safe, or a substitute for licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
1212. Refunds
Once tokens have been credited, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Unused tokens that expire with a time-limited plan are not refunded. If a payment fails to credit tokens due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will restore the balance or refund that payment.
1313. Reports and intellectual property
You may use reports and API results for your internal compliance, audit and operational purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, our datasets, or white-label our reports without written permission.
